Urgent safety concerns

If you feel unsafe or are in danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then report the person in the app: open the match, tap the shield icon and choose Report. Reporting also blocks them immediately.

Email support@coffeedatenow.app for account help, moderation questions or data requests. We aim to reply within two business days, and within 24 hours for safety reports.

Tell us the email on your account and, for reports, the first name and approximate area of the person involved. Please never send us photos of identity documents.

Common requests

• Delete my account. You can do this yourself in Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, matches and messages.
• Stop being discoverable. Turn off “Available for coffee?” in Settings.
• Someone is under 18. Report them. CoffeeDateNow is strictly 18+.

Using CoffeeDateNow from an assistant

If you connect CoffeeDateNow to an AI assistant, it acts only as you, only after you sign in and approve access, and it can be disconnected at any time from Settings. It never receives other people’s exact locations or contact details.
